Just noticed something a little funny with the paypal payment. Are you sure that site is legit? The payment isn't showing up in my history in paypal and I didn't get an email saying I'd paid even though another payment I placed minutes afterwards did. The paypal site appears secure but the secure icon specific to paypal is slightly different.

I changed my password regardless... I recommend others do the same until we can confirm the validity.

I didn't give money. I got the impression that the money was being asked for by the site, for the site. Not specific to any petition.
If there is any hint of a problem, then please do not donate!

Just talked to Frank. I guess the request for donation page just comes up automatically after you sign. He ended up signing twice via the back button.....
Just close the page/site when that page appears.

I really don't know how to determine if the site is legit. I've edited the OP to discourage any donations. Pm sent as well.

Just for others sake... All the things that typical paypal scams do aren't being done with this. Everything seems legit but it strikes me as weird that the payment hasn't shown up. I just figured better safe than sorry. If it's any consolation, I'd still donate just to sign but would also still change my password for safety.
