It wont matter as long as you are running some kind of waterbox. The sound will be a little higher pitched. A TPE with a laydown pipe will probably overpower a 144 pump at low speeds.I think they do have a smaller hose. And a smaller tube. If I put a 900 in it, I'll have to change the exhaust tube. Didn't think about that. That tube is tiny. Its a 6m6. 1990.

I put a DASA 1100 in a SN. Worst decision i ever made. Pump tunnel is not going to handle the power.
