Pfp ran wet

breaking something
Im running my pfp wet and it pulls really hard lower but i didnt notice it stop pulling up high like some claim it will. However i still run the water around the chamber to keep the heat down inside my hull. I cant really tell a difference with the extra water weight it flips the same to me.

I haven't noticed any drop off up top either.

all depends on how much water you inject, the ones that notice the most drop up top are drowning the pipe, and cooling it way down. the same thing is happening when its used as a dry pipe with a crack..way to cool exh. its cool they fix them for free, yrs later to second hand owners

I have been running mine wet, and dry. DASA and TPE. Helps with low end hit, seems to kill top a bit depending on how much you inject. Try it, you have nothing to lose as youre not modifying the pipe, just the manifold. I like running it different ways according to water and motor conditions. Box hot, pipe warm, if you play with the Hiro method of injection, similar to the RRP pipe, you can jet down till the pipe is warm, that should hit hard down low and not kill top end. On my tpe if i inject it will boil the prop super hard down low. I would have to prop up for sure. If you run triple or quad cooling from the pump then you can really start to play with water settings. :) Good luck.
