PHP (PowerHouse Products) has designed what many (including us at JetManiac) feel is the best designed intake manifold for Yamaha twin carb motors. This is a state of the art freestyle intake manifold for 62t or 64x Yamaha cases, not a manifold designed for the needs of high RPM racing. We have installed and tested them on PHP, DASA, and JetManiac/Blue motors with great results.



This intake was designed specifically for freestyle performance. It features a shorter and better designed intake track shape for more freestyle low end performance. The manifold is a 3 piece design with a removable O-ringed billet carb base plate which makes removing and reinstalling carbs easier while preserving carb linkage alignment. The manifold itself is 2 piece for future compatibilty with longer crankcases cases in development at several companies. Only a longer speed plate will be required. Removable throttle cable bracket is included.

PHP manifold is designed to work best with VForce 3 reeds and cages, but will work with stock or other reeds/cages setups. Manifold inlet is a perfect flow fit to the larger sized VF3 reed stuffers.

I'd really like to see a picture of the side that bolts up to the case. I want to compare with "another design." Is it able to be ported(grinded) to use no stuffer with the Vforce 3 reeds? Basically asking if there's enough material there to make the opening more square than oval...

So no 38s? Hmmm. I already have v force 3 reeds but I'm always searching for bottom end. Have your 735 engine. 10/16 hooker and about to put a 144 mag but I figured if a better intake could help them for the price I couldn't go wrong.

The mag pump will make a huge difference. Remove the fins from your reduction nozzle when you do it.
