thanks for the replys i was going to use the flex axle but they are worth heaps over here i will post some pics of mine when i get a bit more done on it

Bob, yea I like that setup also,I have a smaller single I converted into a double,Ill post some pics later.I need to figure a way to get a gas tank holder and work box attached without loading up the tounge weight.

Here are some pics of a single I converted into a double. I am very happy with it. The tounge weight is just right and a blaster and superjet fit perfect on it.

I posted some more information about my trailer like measurements on an old thread. If you do a search for "converting a single to a double" you should be able to find it.

Good luck.

Too lazy to search for the pics of my trailer right now, nothing special, just an Yaughtclub with 12" wheels.
But I will give you a new, fresh, awesome, totally cool, phat idea: search the internet or PWC sites for the "FOREVER YOURS...AN ALL STAINLESS STELL PWC TRAILER **PICS***" or "harley higginson"...:cheer:

Except when you take off from a redlight in Daytona too fast and your tools fall out the back because your tailgate is down, and scatter all over the intersection :poke:

Bought this trailer around last year or so after are original trailer finally rusted apart. Axle twisted because rust ate it away and couldnt use it anymore. It already had a couple of steel beams attached to it to help it structurally. Working on prolly making it hold a 3rd standup for next spring. Looking at finally upgrading.

Got around to takin some pics of the custom single to double,It is set up so that the blaster rail rides a little higher than the SJ,but the center bunks set at the same height,so I can haul either ski in the middle solo,or a much bigger couch if ever need be. My bud Matt laid down some nice welds on this all alum trailer, except for the front hitch.wanted it extra strong there.I wanted a trailer that was very narrow and balanced with about 40 lbs of tongue weight. The weight transfer is perfect, doesnt break your back rolling it around off the hitch.
