here you go... it takes about 2 minutes tops to ride from the launch to the beach clubs.

The beach house is officially ours! :Banane09: It is right at the launch and pimped on the inside. $300.00 for the night, and we are gonna split it between who ever is staying there. SIGN UP, for first come first serve with the house. I will check this weekend, but if I remember there are 5 bedrooms, 1 upstairs, 4 down, with multiple beds in the downstairs rooms. There is a ton of space to crash upstairs. This is also a private RV park so if you are bringing your RV, please sign up and I will get you a site with water and electric, etc. There is a gate to get into the park, it is $5 to enter and park you rig, launch, pool etc. Parking lot is to the left of the entrance. If you are staying at the house, just leave youre ski on the beach in front of the house for the night, if you dont feel like pulling it out.

that map makes it look a lot farther than it is by ski. its really just around the corner. have made the ride back to the launch after a beverage too many no problem. (not that that happens).

Bring it bi atches.....This should be a great time. For all who have never been to Mickey Rats, captain kids, or south shore... Its a small piece of heaven, that doesnt stop partying hard untill 4 am. And for all you single guys coming, they are plenty of woman to go around! Here are a couple pics, the first one is a usual saturday night, and that just the outside patio, the inside dance floors are just as packed. If the weathers nice, it will be a good time....

Brian gave Gary at South Shore a preliminary head count. We'll give him the final head count on Tuesday/Wednesday of next week.

RV guys, please remember to contact Brian (Proformance1) by tuesday/wednesday so he can make sure you have a place in the RV park.

If we have a flat/choppy weekend we will stick with the game plan of launching at Point Breeze and riding over to the beach bar location. If we have any surf we will most likely look to launch right at the beach bar. We'll see how things progress next week.

There are a few gas stations locally, but if anyone requires race gas, or anything higher than 93 octane you will need to bring your own. There is nothing near by for that.

NYS law requires a fire extinguisher, distress flag/whistle, registration, and safe boater card. Given the time of year there should be no marine police to worry about. I don't carry anything but a tow rope everytime I ride...

Also, boat traffic should be minimal given the time of the year so we should have the entire bay to ourselves.

Once at the ride location I will let everyone know the local bathymitry (lake bottom topography) as there is one area to definitely stay away from due to old sunken concrete piers - used to be boat houses about 100 years ago.
