Pipe help

Newbie to the x, but have been told you guys are great! So I have a 95x2 rode all season had a blast. I recently came across a 1 peice pjs chamber but only have a stock head pipe. So my question is what is the best method to run this chamber on my head pipe?

I don’t know the answer to your question but if you are on Facebook, join a couple of the Kawasaki groups and ask that question there. There are a lot of knowledgeable guys in those groups that are not on these forums.
 
the PJS pipe for the 650 is the worst aftermarket pipe for creating power. I wouldn't waste my time trying to get it in there. I know the 94-95 have the 2" free flow waterbox. not sure if they changed the headpipe to dump less water like the older ones, but you could mod the stock headpipe to dump less water and dry out the pipe some. that would increase perf. if you want power, don't be cheap. buy a used Coffman or a new factory pipe. those are the best 2 for power

i am not super familiar with the PJS pipe. I only had one friend use it and it did suck... once the pipe was changed the ski came alive. HOWEVER the head pipe had been repaired- so being it was the only one I had seen personally I couldn't say that the pipe was bad or the repair hurt it. My 2 cents right there.
the 95 x2 has THE BEST waterbox sound in my opinion.
 
The buzzard is right the water box, stinger end of pipe, and exaust outlet is all 2" on a stock 95 x2 Great flow! I don't know if the exaust water outlet in the head pipe was any smaller for 94/95 regardless leave everything about that exaust setup stock except for the pipe and Maybie the exaust manifold.

I know the 95 has the drain so the head pipe water hole is probably the same as other years. All that being said until you have the money to buy a 650 factory pipe $$$$ or a westcoast for $200 or under.. Read up on drying out and plugging the drain on that 650 stock pipe you can probably find all the info in the "laser man mod" thread on here guys with superjets and no money like those stock 650sx/x2 kawi chambers.
