I am not 100% sure, but I believe he gave it to him for not having his boater's safety card present (and gave him 15 days to present it to void the ticket). Even though he was pulled over for jumping boat wakes, which about 20 other people were doing at the same time.

k folks i decided to move venues for next year so we can camp and maybe get a few more people up for the weekend...more details to come....
