I just got a call this afternoon from one of my very good friends fathers and my buddy Joe passed away last night. 39 years old in good shape and just had a heart problem. It's crazy you just never know, so live everyday to the fullest.

I had a baby boy 4 weeks ago. It's a fun ride. I'm down to 2 days a week in the water. My wife's an angel.
