Please help!! Superjet has weak spark due to heat sensor!!

Hi all. I recently bought a superjet. 1990 650 was all stock, I put a girdled head and air filter on the engine. I removed the stock heat sensor and disconnected the wires from it. My ski has very weak spark now and will barely get 2000 rpm or so. And it seems to misfire. It ran perfect before I put the head on, it has to be the heat sensor. Can anyone help me out and tell me what to do??? Ski runs new plugs just bought yesterday, and 165/165 comp. Please help me asap!

No disconnected the wires from the cdi, silicones the hole, and shrink wrapped the wires so they wouldn't ground anything. Lol "snip"

Actual reason why it wouldn't run good, I found my battery wasn't connected good LOL. It was a tight connection and screws were tight- but the connection was bad. Some if the simplest things are easy to overlook!
