In the past I've used Plexus 310.

Has anyone used Plexus 420 (fast cure)?

How much of a trade-off in strength, adhesion?

Found a killer deal, for a case of 420 w/ primer.

epoxy to epoxy

looking for: 3 set times, 1.Thickened epoxy ( overnight )
2. Plexus 310 (couple hours)
3*. Plexus 420 (minutes)

Spoke with a tech (Rick) at Jamestown distributors. Quick set Plexus 420 is only 1/2 the tensile strength of Plexus 310. Only shaves ~ 15-20 minutes working/setup time. 310 sets in 30 minutes, and quicker w/heat.
