Point Loma XXL motosurf

An XXL swell hit Cali last Saturday 1-23-2010. With our Todos Santos trip still fresh in our minds we didn’t think we’d get a chance to ride some big surf again so soon but The O’side Crew scored at Point Loma. This video is pretty much more of the same as the Todos vid. The surf was just stupid big with sets up to triple overhead, this video doesn’t even due it justice, and no I didn’t want to do any backy’s off a 20’ face, just surfriding a three story wall of water was good enough. Sorry for the shakey footage it was really stormy and rough out there.

Oh my god that surf was huge! :scared: kinda harmless lookin though but regardless that looked sweet! im so bumbed i couldn't get my ski back in time but shoot was was a really cool video. I hope i can make it out to at least one O'side crew.. non oside location adventure sometime this year without something else coming up like it always has seemed to for me.

Nice vid! The great thing about that point is if you ride next to it, you can surf those waves for a 1/2 mile into the bay!
