Pole side limit rope attachment?

I used to have a nice attachment for the limiting rope on the pole side (RRP pole) it was like a bent piece of stainless plate with two holes..one that mounted to the steering stop bolt and the other you could clip your limiting rope carabiner to. I can’t find a pic or remember where I got it. Anyone know what I’m talking about? Would rather not drill a hole and mount a big ugly eyelet. Thanks.

Here is what I came up with... Soft edges, less of a knee buster. No rattling around. Parts are from McMaster.
