Other pontoon boat!

some bad ass boats in here guys. I love the solid roof! makes a good jumping platform! Might have to see if i can find an old pontoon for cheap this summer! I dont care if it has a 10 horse! as long as it moves!

I wonder if they make jet drive pontoons???

here's a not so good pic..if you look close up the port side toon there is a rail system that goes 3/4 of the way up the deck...

tie off, board the boat (ramp also serves as a boarding ladder) and pull your ski aboard to refuel or repair..its a one man operation..

twin black biminis, dark grey hydroturf covering the WHOLE boat....and the 50 merc has been replaced with a 115 johnson and now its scary fast..

the whole underside of the frame has been welded w/gussets.......

the last thing it needs is a SS grill bolted to the side

I know we have some better more recent pix..but you can take this toon to any bar/dock party and the girls will walk right by the muscle boats to the toon..its amazing!

this boat began life as a hauler to take 4 wheelers across the intracoastal to ride the sand islands.....15 years later who'da thunk it'd end up as the skitoon

pontoon

I have a rail with a winch on the pontoon to get my ski on and off. It works good and is super fun, my boat is 24' and its alot of weight on the bow. Nothing like a good surf ride in the morning with a trip to the heat and fresh water to rinse, and maybe a cold one or two.

Damn nice Tritoon... I can't find any for less than $12k around here.

Guy was asking $1700 for the one we got. I got him down to $1300 before we left with it. The trailer itself is worth over $2k...heck I imagine if we scrapped it we would cover our whole investment.

We are sticking quite a bit in it though...to redeck it alone is running around $1k in just materials. Plus I noticed the other day that the outboard motor that supposedly is "issue free' has a stator thats falling apart.

Nice dingy.
When aluminum prices jumped up a few years ago, all the good (free or almost free) pontoon boats vanished from my area. What a shame.

The previous owners were considering doing this...While I can't blame them it would have been a shame.

love the upper deck..

That was the #1 thing that attracted me. With the prices of aluminum that upper deck would have cost a fortune to make. Plus, when they added that they added the third pontoon and also had the pontoons welded up and pressure tested for leaks. Cant wait to get it all back together and use it!
