every page i go on the x i get my pop up blocker kicking in

"to help protect you security, internet explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer"

didnt happen any other time but started today

maybe pop up blocker was the wrong phrase, i get a bar come along the top of the site with the messag ein my OP, i can click on it to download if i want... but i dont want ....
