I haven't needed to buy one in ages but mine finally bit the dust, while searching I came across a really good deal, they are listed as testers for WALBRO carbs and are basically used for chainsaw repair.

SBT sells one in a case for $61.20 if you want to pay $36.10 for a cheap plastic case. For that price just but two of them.

Wow! Had a pump similar to that several years ago, worked really good. The new style Mikuni pump is a MTB shock pump.
also works great, but very awkward to hold and get good readings. This is much better! Nice find!

Yep the Seadoo special tool we used at the dealership was just like the one I posted. The Mikuni pump price is ridiculous for what it is .

Crammit442 gave me one years ago that they use in orthotics, it was very similar to the MTN bike pump, that was the best one I have ever used .

The cheaper one only goes to 30 psi and the more expensive one goes to 60 psi which is beneficial of you're working on 62t 38 mikunis
True but for the price difference I would just replace the pressure gauge as they are fairly cheap, you can buy a liquid filled gauge for $11.95 probably cheaper than that if you shop around. I have seen regular non filled gauges as cheap as $5.00 on ZORO before., I recently bought a new liquid filled gauge for my Snapon compression tester for about $15.00 .

Gauge came in Yesterday, it comes with some funky gauges used on Walbro carbs and four different sizes on yellow tygon fuel line, a short piece of 1/4" fuel hose and an adaptor, I also ordered this liquid filled pressure gauge, so $28.07 for the tester and $13.89 for the new gauge for a total of $41.96 still a lot cheaper than $61.20 plus shipping from SBT.

The Tygon is exactly what I use for Seadoo oil line replacement and usually costs me about $1.00 to $1.50 per ft., Its a good deal any way you look at it.

Which equates to 43 PSI , at any rate you want a 0-60 PSI gauge that will cover pretty much anything the highest popoff possible is with a 1.5 needle and a 115 gram spring which is 55 PSI popoff
Thanks that was going to be next question, what psi is that lol.
So i want my pop-off to be 43psi or it will be 43psi with a new 1.5n/s with a 95G spring? when running a High-Comp Head and a B-Pipe or does Factory Pipe have their own recommended set up like an FMF or something? Also if the pop-off pressure is off. How do you actually adjust or change that?
0-60psi gauge range sounds perfect yeah.
well its getting there more and more everyday, haven't gotten to the carbs yet, but i need to start ordering some parts now
