Popoff with one screen in stock F/A

I have been finding lots of info about popoff with aftermarket flame arresters but not much on running with one screen. Does removing screens have enough of an effect to need a popoff change? I am running a blaster with a Riva red pipe and otherwise stock motor. Currents jetting is 120 pilot, 145 main, 2.0 n/s and 115 spring. Just looking for a starting point.

Are you running dual carbs? Im not sure that matters but just curious.

FYI, I am running dual 44s with Stock FAs with 1 screen. I was told pop off should be around 40ish so I am running 1.5NS with 95 gram springs for around 42ish pop off.
 
It is a little hard to start but seems to run good. I am new to the scene and only had the ski a few weeks so I don't have anything to compare it to but it does not bog or hesitate.
