hey all,
I’ve got a RN with a somewhat tired 61x (135psi in one cylinder). It runs ok, but I’ve got a great compression 62T laying around and a set of porting templates I’m itching to try. What problems will I run into if I port this 62t and install it in the superjet? I plan to use the 61x head and the intake/carb set off the 61x. I’ve heard the exhaust bolt holes are larger on the 62t. Does anyone know where I can get inserts to reduce the thread size? Also, I’ve searched but can’t get a clear answer on wether or not the exhaust ports will line up (I will be running a Coffman pipe in case it matters)
