I thought it would be cool to have a thread about this especially since someone just posted a commercial with a ski today.
Few places I've seen standups:
The movie "I am number four", and the movie "into the blue"
Then I saw this discovery Channel commercial that had a guy doing a flip in some absolutely extreme surf.

I believe @Joker was at a Brad paisley concert and they had a video playing during one of the songs and a standup jet ski appeared in it too.

What about you guys? What have you seen?
