Yes it is a wrap, posted it up a few posts ago. And looking above at an earlier post it looks like black base with black pole and that graphics kit.

Getting the turf off is easy it's the glue that just won't let go!

Brake Clean for the glue, spray it on, walk away. 10 minutes, spray it again, scrape of with plastic scraper.
