Power Factor Exhaust, Install

I haven’t seen any Rickter setup where it’s setup for both a lay down and a b pipe.
Although I did see Joel Barry mount his ebox to his motor.
Maybe there is a better method.
I have no idea what he built this for. I cannot get any engine or manifold combo to clear the ebox. He even used the rickter carbon e box plate. Like how the hell do you mess that up?????

Ebox on the engine is what I almost did. That's what the 1100s did factory. And although I've read about cdi issues caused by vibration, there is a ton of them out with with 3 or 400+ hours on them.

I wanna see someone with a xfr, rrp tank, pfp pipe, that used a PFP WATERBOX. I could not see any way possible at all to use the pfp box. Unless the rickter battery tray was completely removed. It was going to cause the box to sit WAY too high

See the battery box mount used to come lose. And the end user had to glue it in if they wanted to use it. I don’t know why they started glueing them in.

My set up is with a 2016 xfs g1 comp. I am running both rrp spacers, engine and mid shaft to get as much weight forward as possible. It's a tight squeeze but it sits in there nice and snug with a few blocks and a couple straps. I can grab some better pictures tomorrow. Also the other pfp pipe xs makes is for the 1200 only. We tried one in a helium with a 900rr and it didn't even come close to fitting.

I mean mine should work for both of them once I am finished, although you would have to bolt the Ebox back to its old location. l will take some better shots of it later. But I used M8 UFO mounts, with a couple layers of carbon to mount the Ebox beside the carbs and then secured the Ebox with some beefy rubber mounts when I ran a B-Pipe. I plan to do the same thing now only above the manifold. The UFO mounts are low profile enough that I shouldn't need to remove them for the Lay Down configuration.

I guess the real test is if I am going to be able to keep the Battery mount in place with the PFP.

Good to know on that other Pipe.

So what are the advantages of having all the weight as far forward as possible? I'm assuming that would allow for more height but slower rotations when flipping?

I'm running a 5 deg up nozzle so it rides a little nose high. These hulls spin/ flip plenty fast that the need all the weight they can get in the front, but this is all imo

I did 3 closed cell foam blocks under the chamber with Velcro . Then one slim piece behind and below the water box .

What’s everybody doing from the waterbox to bulkhead? I’d love to avoid trying to use a SJ hose.

Where are people getting the angled hoses and pipe?

I personally bought a full length rad dudes hose that I am going to cut down. It's deffinately a waste, but I really wanted it in blue. Hahah
