Power Factor Manifold Sealing

Ive tried every silicone on the pfp mani, mega black works the best, usually that'll hold/work, but on my 900 I couldn't get it to seal, so I welded up the ports and machined back flat

Your build thread is actually the whole reason I started this thread. LOL The only difference for me is I was planning on building up the material in the coolant channel rather than the exhaust port.

Looks like I'm in the same boat. Good thing I have a machine shop & welding equipment to fix this brand new manifold. Sure wish that they DIDN'T POWDERCOAT it! Welcome to the Jet Ski World...View attachment 423813

I know right! I work in a machine shop so I have access to basically everything I need to fix the issues. Although, I am going to have one of our more experienced welders handle that side of the work. Everything else is easy.
