@john_650sx depending on what kind of hull you have, you may be able to get away with an adapter plate to bolt a 62T manifold to that 66E. It doesn't work with a B pipe in most hulls but it may work just fine with one of the lay-down pipes. @SXR-FOREVER has been messing around with one of these adapters, maybe he can get you some dimensions to help make that decision. I would stay far away from the old Waterdawg wet pipe, if you can find one of the new aluminum ones, it may be worth it but I think adapting a PFP or RRP pipe would be ideal.

ok, so i know this is up there with the best pipes, but im just not sure i can swallow the price, if i dont have to...

i am building a 66e superjet, so i need something with the PFP design, i.e. exhaust manifold points to the front of the ski, not back..

i know of the PFP & WDK pipes, but are there any others like this that i might stand a chance of getting used?

cheers

john
i have a pfp chamber and water box i'll sell.low low hours.

Awesome. Thanks for that, I am building a 66e 2010 superjet. Funny you should say that, today I have ordered some half inch aluminium plate to see if I can make a decent adaptor plate for the manifolds..

Restosud, if it pans out I will give you a shout about the PFP, thanks!

Good luck. The Octanes use an adapter to go from the Polaris cylinders to the narrower 62T manifold. It's probably at least 3/4" thick aluminum and was definitely a complicated machining process to go from round holes at like 138mm spacing to square holes at 112mm or whatever the 701s are...

adapter plate will need to be thicker than 1/2" for transition ease and smoothness.the bore spacing, port size and shape difference is too great .

Wdk has a 66e mani and 62 t Pay with cc or PayPal or cod and you'll be good guess it's no surprise he hasn't posted them here. Look close at manifold 66e is diff but this is trick

I've got (2) full cast WDK pipes.
(2) SJ 66E upright motor mount kits
A custom R&D dry pipe modded by R&D for the 66E
(1) brand new big bore top end, nic cyl and Pistons with new girdled heads
(1) speed works twin dry pipes, more for the blaster, doubt they'd fit in the SJ

the mere mention of wdk brings crazy drama here. I understand it's nothing new. some companies you just have to be very cautious and protect yourself with c.c the guy does have some cool stuff priced well enough to keep drawing customers back

How does that up and over pipe work with the SJ hull? What's it like power wise
