powervalve 967 on duel 46's??

hello help needed!! i was running a 865pv with single 46. thought i would save tons of fuel but motor isn't at full potential at all. however have it jetted great if anyones interested in jet specs...

ANYWAY still using 8mm crank but just bored out to 90mm pistons which gives me a 967pv motor. changed intake manifold to duals, wanted to run NOVI 46'S. ANYONE RUNNING THIS SIMILAR SETUP FOR JETTING HELP. Thanks everyone...

Start with 140 pilots, 145 mains, 2.3 seats and 115g springs. Tune from there. Where you end up will depend entirely on how much signal your engine makes, especially if you have good crankcase compression. You might end up in the 140/135 or 135/135 range.

Note that this is for true Novi 46s. I'm not sure how Novi-Tec 46s would jet in comparison.

Is it a stock 46 mikuni you used? Im interested in the jetting and N/S combo you ran.

jetting is same between Novi and OEM. the single 46 restricts the engines CFM regardless.. PM me i will give you all specs. are you running same setup

mj-180 / pj-125 / ns-2.5 /spring-95/ return jet - 80. ski runs amazing. i have went through countless hours of jet changes plug and tach readings trial and tribulations. LSA a hair less than 1 turn out, HSA 1.5 out.... hope this helps buddy

I tuned in a single Riva 48 on a ported ATP intake for surf. Took a 50 return jet to get the carb pressure correct. I'm still fat on the bottom but running 125 pilot , 150 main , 2.0 N/S with 20ish popoff. Took it out in flatwater a few weeks ago and let about 10 people try out my ski and ran without a hiccup. So much for the old wives tale about not being able to run a single above a certain horse power. I really don't even like talking about it because everyone and their mother is a pro tuner these days.
