Blaster Press on a new shaft by hand

Just had seals/ bearings put in my mid shaft housing and also a used short shaft pressed in but I can pull it , move around, pull out, def not right. Not rad dudes I found out. But I'm working out w/ the seller. How's this able to happen if he said he used on his ski? Maniac said machining was off

Any chance the clearance is wrong on the bearings?

Im not a mechanic, i do as much as I can until I learn/get shown to do it right. Chris(JM) did the bearing replacement, I trust his experience. Not sure about bearing clearance. After comparing short vs. oem shaft that was taken out, if I run my finger nail up the length towards coupler I can feel distinct graduations at points on the shaft that were inside the housing on the oem ( definite points that would lock it in). Super, super slight graduations, if not smooth, on the length of the used short shaft. I can push it all the way to the hilt. next stop rad dudes
