Looking at an 04 superjet and wondering what you guys think the value is, has about 8 hours on the motor build its a 771 big bore, he has receipt of motor build for 5700$,

Its not a bad price just not a smoking deal especially here in the bay area people want a lot for skis

It is summer...skis go for a little more. If you have time and can travel look in your surrounding states. You might find a better deal.

There are stock 09's and 07's in Michigan for $5000
They haven't sold yet so they might be a little high in price... that one is definitely worth more than $5k

To put into perspective I bought a RN SJ with a LPW 760 BB back in 2005 with all the upgrades at the time less total loss and AM pole and it was only $4500 with a lot of new parts on it and completely overhauled by JSS. Price varies by location and season but no way I’d pay $5k for that ski.

I was gonna say with that much compression, he probably runs race gas
