Primer fittings on Full Spectrum 50's or other Aftermarket Carbs?

Hey,

For those with aftermarket Carbs where do yaw normally drill and install primer fittings? I just got a set of FS 50's and it appears the location where they normally go is partially blocked.

What is that?

I saw a set of silicone covers that went over the flame arrestors, for priming and washdowns but I can't recall where and I haven't been able to find them since.
