Ok, this is not a thread bad mouthing a company or anything like that, just expressing my dissatisfaction with a product. I just bought a ProGuard Jetski cover for my 90 Superjet from Elite Boat Covers so I would not have to keep using a tarp. Now, the website advertises the cover as being made from 100% waterproof fabrics... The night I installed it it rained and now the ski is full of water and the cover is see through. I sent an email as soon as I checked out the ski and received a call shortly after. I was told that the cover is NOT an outside cover but just for inside storage AND it is not waterproof... Now it appears that I have a cover that is useless to me since I was offered no kind of solution since I purchased the cheapest cover. Anyone need a non waterproof, inside only cover?
Now with all that being said I am sure the more expensive covers are better quality but the website should accurately reflect what the covers can and cannot be used for. I will however say that I was impressed with how quick I was contacted... Just wish more of a solution could have been offered.
I guess I should know better by now that a companies cheapest product is never the way to go. Sorry, had to vent.
