Late summer update: She’s running snappy and strong! Got the motor back together with new gaskets, half girdle and a new handlebars mount bilge switch to replace the Amazon junk I had before. FYI those switches are available from McMaster carr. Need to get the blowsion bracket but after can get replacement switches elsewhere.
This thing riiiips! Don’t have much to compare it too but the bottom end wakes up at the crack of the throttle and pulls to the top in a hurry. Couldn’t be happier with the power.
Made a little handlebar mount for my tach/ hr meter. Pictured below. Also you’ll be able to see my 1-1/8” fat bar mounts bolted in the forward holes.

d-cut rideplate, r&d intake grate, blowsion pump shoe. Full resto with urethane paint. Freshie hydro turf. DIY oil blockoff
Controls:
Kemimoto finger throttle off Amazon for like $25. Pretty decent, Miles better than blowsion finger throttle. Decent machining for China. Universal fat bar clamp/ risers. Tag mini bike fat bars. $10 lock on grips. Black HT seat cover with sexy white stitching.
Projects like these never truly finish. But for now I’m calling it complete.
Also, what do you think of my diy trailer tongue extender? (Last pic) LOL.
