PROK filter - this ever happen to anyone else?

I agree with Wilkey. Vibration will kill them quick. Along with hitting the hood on failed flips. I've had one do that to me once. Threw it out and put a new one on. It was good to go after that.

I swear my ski runs better with open element filters than the OEM screen/snorkel. Would love a robust set of filters with a surf cap for the occasional ocean ride. Outerwears don't work.

Properly align motor midshaft and pump. There is a thread somewhere
