Super Jet Prop question 13/18 or 9/15?

Which one is easier to spin(for bottom end pull), an old skat (slime line?) 13/18 or hooker 9/15? Debating if I should do the swap.

96sj, stock 701/62t, Riva pipe, dual 38’s w/stock f/a 2 screens removed

The old Slimline 13-18 is too much load. Its leading edge is too steep making the pump vibrate a lot.
