14/19 will be close. Nozzle size does have a big effect, as well as compression/tune.

13/18 or 13/19 may work if it's mildly tuned, pump gas, small nozzle.

85 is pretty std and easy to find. It's a good starting point. The magic is in the setup, and having someone that can feel what the boat needs. Getting the nice parts is easy, but the perfect tuneup/combo takes some time and work.

Agreed on 85, may want to snatch up a backup nozzle or two and have them bored to various diameters 86 & 87 for tuning purposes. U know that Dasa and PFP are gonna want to be spooled up to hit so try a 13/18 or even a 12/17. A little slip off idle is fine as long as its grabbing when those PV's pop and the power hits. Pump tuning takes a little patience. You got a nice driveline, take the time to get the power layed down on the water. Don't forget your steering nozzle too. 90-91mm.

Mcdog and I have taken 2t and other ones to the edge with a 86 and 87 bore. They're thin as heck but no problems in the past year or so. The metal shop we used warned us prior to doing the work but its been all good.

is there an oem nozzles who can be boree to 86-87mm, cause the 62T is max 85.5

I know skat offer nozzles kit but i never see it in my hand
You can use the 6R8 reduction nozzle without any tubes for a non-trim setup or the Pro-Tec nozzle for the larger 86-87mm bore sizes.

Here are the reduction nozzle stock ID & OD measurments.

I reworked a stock 62t nozzle to 90 mm I.d and 94 mm steering.

Cutted the nozzle and welded a 95x2,5 tube back to it so i.d is 90 mm and i can put rings in it to make it smaller if it is too big
or bore it to 92 max
