I honestly don't know that is what I always heard it was with limiter turned all the way open...

Looking at that graph again reminds me it is probably more about timing and spark than anything else!

You can set the limiter where ever you want. It still doesn't mean you gain rpm. I say stick with your protec and definitely don't advance timing with stator plate if you plan on running wot for a long period of time.
 
Buy a mother f*cking superjet. Ride your mother f*cking superjet. Forget about everything else. Ride your ski.
