SX/SXi/SXi Pro pulling the fly wheel.

i need to pull my fly wheel out of my 94' 750 but i can't find the right puller any where! i know its a power steering type of puller but i just can not find one with the right thread. and suggestions?

Autozone and most parts store sell or rent flywheel pullers for cheap. I bought one for under 20$

I tied auto zone and they didnt have any thing. I tryed making one with a m18-1.5 thread but I bent a piece of 1/8 x 1 x 9 colled roll and bent it.

I just got a bolt 18mm x1.5 like Jakespeed suggested. The bolt end bottoms out on the crank end then pops the threaded flywheel off.

ok thanks for the help! so once the bolt bottoms out, it should just come right off or?

Sometimes it gets tough but the fly wheel has a spot for a wrench. If motor is out then impact wrench n it comes off

just an fyi... i bought a thread chaser for a spark plug (18mm i believe) at my local hardware store. fairly cheap too.

when it bottoms out smack the end with a hammer a cpl times then back it off. usually breaks the flywheel free
