Super Jet Pump bearing/seal installation

So I know how to do the heating/freezing trick with the bearings but not sure the order or direction of the seals. Some pics and advice would be great thanks

The one in your hand gets flipped over and goes in. The one in the pack goes in second just like it's setting.

both on the same bearing side? what order do they go in? Do I install the shaft and bearings in the pump then press the seal in?

So both the seals go In the front of the pump before the shaft is installed correct?
