Other Pump set up on 771 Big Bore

Just wondering what pump set-ups are being run on this size motor, Ill be running PHP 771 with the solas 12v mag 144, medium pump cone with Thrust trim. I was back and forth between a a 10/16 (13/17) Hooker but, Im thinking with the increase in power there may be a better option. This will be going in my Tigercraft Viper (b1 hybrid).

My buddies setup : Rickter XFS, JM 771, solar mag 144, Shorty cone, Bored GP 800 reduction nozzle, 11/17 hooker. Tons of low end, does backflips no problem. Your engine builder should know what you need to run.

If your cylinder has low ports and lots of compression it should pull a 11-17 hooker or a 12-18 solas with an 85mm nozzle. Drop down to a 10-16 hooker for higher ports and/or low compression.

I would think the hooker 11/17 on the blaster based hull but check with zach at php to see what he thinks.

Talked with zach and he said 9/15 is what he said. Thinking on going that route.

I had an xs771 and used a 10/16. Sold the engine and the next guy used a 9/15 hooker and was flipping his ski with great height.

Your a bit overproped for a 771 in a sn hull. I would pitch down to 10/16 and bore your nozzle to 85mm. You may also want to space the prop 1-2mm

You certainly dont need a bigger pump on that setup that should be perfect

I'll be switching to a am hull soon so I wasn't going to bother with much till this winter.
