Custom/Hybrid Pump size question...

Does the outside diameter of the pump increase when going to a bigger pump? Say a 140mm to a 145mm? I am stuck trying to figure out what size pump I need to buy for my hull. It’s set up for a Kawasaki pump and I have a solas 140mm mag that clearly isn’t the correct size. It is a good amount smaller than the pump tunnel and shoe. Thanks

Up to 145 is the same size for a Kawi Skat pump. They come in 140, 142 , 144 and 145. You can bore them up to 146

Ok thank you. The pictures are with a 140mm So a 145 will still be to small? Do you think I will have to get a 148mm?
