When you are recording stuff with GoPro or probably any camera, lick the lens before you start each video. This will keep water drops from sitting on it the whole video and also cut down on a little bit of the glare at sundown. I also like to Rain-X mine the night before if I think of it, but a good lick on the water will work wonders.

Any other tips welcome.
