Question about going to larger than 38mm Mikuni's

On a 38mm manifold the throttle cable mounting plate is towards the front of the motor. It looks like on any other manifold larger than the stock 38 the throttle cable mounting plate is relocated to the rear. Which in my Rickter there is next to no space in that area. Is there not a manifold for 44's or 46's that still has the mounting location towards the front?

My Riva manifold had a throttle cable mount in the front, and in the back.

you use to could order seperate mounting brackets that bold either to the jet cover plate or around the base of the carbs to move the throttle mount.

My carbs on my x2 have a plate bolted to the fuel pumps that racks them and is the pull.
