Custom/Hybrid Question for other guys with short hull and PFP

Just wondering if other guys with a short hull and a PowerFactor pipe have issues with water rushing into the exhaust and bogging the motor? It happens to me any time I do a power slide, especially when I slide to the left and the exhaust side is sliding out, also happens if I get some good air and land tail first with the nose way up. My exhaust tube is extended about 2" from the hull and I tried clamping a silicone 45 degree elbow on the exhaust tube to try to prevent so much water from rushing into the exhaust, but it made a very negligible difference. I'm running the waterbox, not the resonator, so I didn't think I should have this problem. The next thing I'm thinking of trying is to arch my exhaust hose upwards more, right now it's in a straight line from exhaust tube to waterbox.

Simple fix... Get on that throttle more!
well my bob does the same thing, really bad, but i figured it was a bob issue, as opposed to putting on a 45 , i would try a slash cut, i have seen a few skis with that as a fix. With the longer tip on the bottom or on the pump side.

If I had the longer tip of the slash cut on the pump side it would only exaggerate the problem. Lack of throttle is not the problem either, when I was riding today I made sure to pin it if I was going to land on the tail or do a slide, but it didn't make much of a difference.

It turns out my problem was that I was running Blowsion outerwears on my ProK flame arrestors. Took them off and no more bog and noticeably more power, turns out those are power robbing, air starving, water soaked junk.

I had the exact same experience with outer wears a couple years ago.
