Questions on what's right for me

Good afternoon gents looking for a hull for me . Something shorter then a stocker/lighter but still want to run a stock tank . I ride rivers so I move some ground . I also want to be able to utilize boat wakes but not have to be totally hunched over the whole entire ride time . Oh one last thing I have a kawai 800 I'd like to put in it . I know I'm asking for the world

EME based hull man. they fit sxr tanks. suppose to ride nicer than some flat water only. i think the q8 sky would be good option. but talk to everyonre and read reviews. your options are endless now a days lol.

I've been looking at them and reached out to a guy on you tube who transferred over from a Sxr . The other hull I was kinda interested in was the trix star s . It's about 2k more tho

Trixstar and a FR EME are the same price...I would hurry and buy a trixstar before the introductory pricing runs out.

The trixstar is a sweet hull, and chad is a great guy.
The EME's are also a great choice specially if you are looking for a hull that can do it all.
The stalker and the plain Q8 are no longer made. You can get q8 fr or q8 Sky. You would have to ask Eric what the exact changes where I don't remember off the top of my head

I could have swore the eme fr was 3995.00 and they special that was for the trix star hull was 5,750 . I have to add I could be totally wrong ,but I emailed eme this morning . I'm fed looking for something I can ride around and still carve with my buddy's . But when a boat comes around I'm "more " capable . Never ridden an AM hull but I can imagine I'd be extremely happy with it being so much lighter and all .
I'm just looking for something that's like a dual sport rec ski fun to ride and fun to jump .

I think you are right on the EME part. The Trixstar is 5k for the hull. The 5750 includes a pole.

Correct me if I'm wrong but your not looking for a flat water only boat right. From experience I've rode and eme q8. A good all purpose boat. Trixstar is flat only right. Eme is set up for kawi based drivetrain I believe but with conversion kits accepts yami. A superjet in general is a nice upgrade from an sxr if tricks and more height are in mind. A havoc is also a thaught is flat water is the main idea. Tiger craft makes a recreation boat Aquabot but not sure on their options. Super freaks are a sweet ski very easy to transition into but pricey and yami based. Lots to think about but Yamaha based usually dominates the aftermarket brapping

Air lair thanks . I am def looking for a Rex boat not a flat water my main thing is I wanna be able to "ride " still but also be a little more capable off the boat wakes . I'm thinking eme at this point is looking like a very good option . I only wish I could have the option to ride some hulls heck even just see a few in person. Oh and for the record yes your right on track with what I'm looking for . Thanks

Looks like you went with an EME. How do you like it? I am in the same situation you were in.
