I bought a joyetech ego-c with a cartomizer. You fill it with e-juice. They have almost every flavor you could imagine and you can buy different levels of nicotine. I have been using it for 2 weeks now with no cigarettes. A couple of my friends use them as well with success. I started on 24mg of nicotine and now use 16mg. It is way better then any other ecig I have tried. You get tons of vapor along with that "throat hit" that you feel with a real cig. I tried to smoke a real cig after using this for a week and the cigarette just tasted nasty.

Lawmaster got me to buy a joytech ego as well after trying a few chitty disposable ecigs and it's pretty awesome. It does look like you're smoking some sort of high tech crack pipe and though lol.
