who owns R&D performance?
been trying to get some tech help from these a$$es for 6 weeks now and still nothing.he's on the phone,at lunch or gone somewhere bull has gone on for long enough.
anyone have a different phone # than the one listed?
sent emails and voice mails but no luck.
worthless bastards.
will avoid buying crap from them from now on.

Why go to the owner for technical help? Doesn't R&D have people that can answer technical questions?

R&D USED to be heavily into jetskis and there fore had decent customer service at one time. However due to lack of customers in the jet ski arena they have focused on other moto sports to keep there business alive and there main attention has gone there also. Not saying its a good way to do business but I believe thats whats going on with them. As crappy as they are, they still make the best SJ pole bracket available.

i think i mentioned why in my op,and the sales guys are next to worthless for tech although they do answer their phones.this for over 6 weeks now.
