That is confusing, Iam not familer with this pipe. So do you have dual cooling from your pump? If you do, looks like one line from pump to Nipple D, the other in from pump use a Y fitting and route both ends off this Y to both A Nipples. Then follow the rest of the drawing. G,E,F go to B, C to H with a T over board. Nipples on your head go overboard, 3 pissers total.
Followed the water routing to see if engine would get cooling, pipe would get cooling, stinger would cool water box, looks like we got flow. are any of those nipples water injection spray bars or is it like a B-pipe with fixed spray ports in pipe or no spray ports at all? does your pipe match this pipes fittings? is this a wet pipe or dry pipe?

Ok well I'm an extreme noob when it comes to this. The pipe from what I've looked up is a wet pipe. I have followed the drawings to a the letter almost but it doesn't list were the clean out port is ect. I have it hooked up and amd going to test it tomorrow but I am not sure exactly how hot it cold everything should be. And I only hae two pissers on my hull. If I had the money I'd order a b pipe and throw this thing in the trash all these lines are retarded.

Install the flush kit in the line from pump before the Y that goes to both A fittings. Looks like its going to be a parallel cooling system so the chamber will not get flush water. My superjet i sold with type 4 dry pipe has parallel cooling to, so I had to install a second flush kit into the other line from pump to flush the other circuit. then we made a garden hose with shut off and and Y with teo ends to flush both at the same time. this is what the new owner wanted did not want to buy a blowsion reverse flush kit that allows you to reverse flush via the pissers. you should consider making one of these or buy it when you get time, be aware i had three 90 deg pissers very close together and very close to the bond line so the reverse flush lines could not hook to the pissers.
that drawing looks like my old pro tec cast alluminum pipe, it was a wet pipe. water temp out the pisser should not really be more than 130 degree. your pipe should be evenly warm if you have flow thru all of it, and my guess is you will. you can drip water on it and see how it sizzles or be carfull and feel with the back side of fingers at first make sure even heat/warmth--
which pisser do you not have "2 out the cylinder head"?

whe I got the pipe the bottom side of the mani already had a few lines hooked up with a open tee and I was given the extra water line. I got another tee fitting and put it inline with the line coming from the pump and have basicly just hooked them all together. As the drawing shows they all just seem to branch off one another so I hae followed suit. I was short one tee to tie the lowest nipple on the pipe in with the rest so I got some and ties it in. From what I understand as long as I have water coming out of the pisser from the head and out of the exhaust and the head engine and pipe are not scolding hot I should have adequate cooling correct ? I really appreciate the helps guys

Your flush kit is installed to flush thru the A fittings, reason i ask is if its not your olny flushing the pipe and not the engine. To your question, basicly yes, you do not use the call out letters so you are a little hard to follow. if you set it up like the drawing exactly and you said you did you should be good just monitor it. so you have one out from cylinder head? and nipple H has a T at stinger with a line to pisser?

edit: you have dual cooling to right??

I have single cooling I believe as I only have one barb on the head
dual or single cooling is determined by how many "water inlet tubes coming thru bulk head from your pump to your engine. if you only have single cooling youll hook D and both A's all together to your line in from pump

. better let the buzzard weight in on single cooling if that what you have

like the pic says, A B & D are all the same hole. one line from the pump goes to any one of those. any one of the other ones is going to be an out , to cool the rest of the pipe. if you got single cooling, i'd just run the in from the pump to D. plug the As. run B to C, F,G. & H and you are done. head runs to pisser or pissers

That will work! Thanks for taking over on that :)

Ok i believe i got it. Had to step away girlfriends cat got bitten by a snake there went 500$ But anyways.
I am single cooling and after a triple check over i am hooked up as the diagram i pulled the pipe back off the engine and lettered the barbs and went from there after.
I put a T in line from my inlet line from the bulkhead for my flush kit. Rolled it out in the drive way and hooked it up. let it run for about 10 minutes and it never got scorching hot with mild revving an some idleing. This little adventure has shown me how much i have to learn about these creatures. I figured the transition from atva motor cross was going to be fairly simple I was wrong. Still seems like the carbs need some tuning going to hopefully get some on the water time tomorrow if not sunday for sure to try and get everything dialed in. Really thinking im going to have to rebuild the carbs though.

I appreciate it guys.

Well guys for anyone interested the ski did great today. Had to adjust the carbs a little bit but other then that it run great. really happy with it for right now.
No if i could just remember how to cut a corner without taking a swim id be in good shape. Thank you guys for all the help
