Anyone have a number for them? I couldn't find one on their web site or on their facebook page... I'm leaving for Daytona Sunday and wanted to make sure the hitch hauler I ordered on the 29th was going to show before I leave... I'm sure it will, I just wanted to get someone on the phone if possible to make sure... any help is appreciated... Thx

It went to UPS monday. Ground takes about a week to most. I'll send you tracking when I get to the shop. I also emailed you back this samething.
 
Hitch haulers are not a normal thing to ship. It takes time to box up and then we have to drop them direct to UPS. Our local truck guy does like to take them do to size.
Like I said in the emailing sent you. I will call the UPS location we dropped it at to see why it hasn't moved from there. But they don't open till 8am. So not much I could talk to you on the phone about till I talk to them. And @ $120 will lose money most of the time shipping these giant things. And if you emailed and said you were in a rush we could have boxes it up last week on new years. But we waited till this monday since we have been very busy getting ready for Daytona. And on New Years eve I didn't feel like boxing up a hauler.
So let me see why it's sitting at ups when they open at 8am.
 
with great patience and difficulty as it seems they don't have phones up there.makes for difficult dealings when an issue comes up.
 
^^^ had tried that back then but was always referred to another person who was supposed to handle it.gave up ,moved on and haven't bought anything from them since.
 
did exactly that as requested along with pictures that showed the issue with no results so moved on as previously stated.a quick phone call might have cleared things up at the time but none was ever communicated and the brush off by initial contact person at time of purchase was telling of things to come.
how does it go again? fool me once shame on..........
 
It's 2015 email is the fast and smarter choice for any business. Right now it's 4:46am and I can reply to emails but picking up a phone at this time is rude to a customer at this point and with selling parts all over the world and time changes email just works better. Also for what ever reason once people get on the phone we end up hearing life stories about their projects that end up being nothing about the parts we sell and more about that customers big dreams.

So restosud I'm sorry you had an issue and I would love to know more about what that issue was that you feel the need to now not want to deal with Rad Dudes.
