Is there another way to contact them?

Im not a rad dudes customer and havent had any experiences with the business side, but i am 100% confident that you can always reach @Twinturbostang via pm on x-h2o.com or pwctoday.com. he is a rad dudes owner and is extremely active on both forums, especially pwctoday. As to be reinforced by this thread.

I have inquired about a couple parts now via PM, one took nearly a week to get a response, the second has been four days, and he even read it 20 minutes after I sent it.

This right here is what is wrong with the Internet. You PMed me on a Sat at 2pm asking if a part was in stock. I looked at the PM and said to myself "yes I think that's in stock but let me double check Monday so I don't give this nice customer false information" now I don't live inside our warehouse. So on Monday when I am there and boxing up orders I check over my emails and respond to those needed and bring human I forgot about a PM on Xh20. Sorry buddy but if you just ordered it when you wanted it. It would have shipped on Monday and you would already have it on your ski and you wouldn't be bitching on a forum.
Our website is there to order parts.
Our email is there to ask questions.
And our phone number is there for people who are too dumb to use 1 or 2.
And my PM is there for people who are too dumb to do all 3.

I was merely speaking to the fact that sending a PM was not an effective way to get in contact with you. I was not interested in ordering a part that was not in stock, postings on here led me to believe that a PM was in fact a good way to contact you. Thank you for the clarification, I'm sorry you feel the need to not do business with me.

You want customers to use pm's here, but forget about them. Now you're calling prospective customers dumb. I no longer feel a need to spend MY money with Rad Dudes.

if its not in stock the website won't let you order it. Only things that some times will pop up in stock when they aren't is shirts because sizes some times go that we dont see before they come off the site.

But yes PMing me isn't the best way because i get 20 or 30 PMs a day between here and PWCtoday. I try to get back to as many as i can but the facts are most are stupid questions.

Email is the best way because then 4 people see it and not just 1.

If you were checking emails, you had an email letting you know that you had a PM. Which is a potential customer........... I have been at this for over 20 years. I already have all my contacts for ordering parts. So, How you conduct your business does not effect me. But In all honestly. I have learned that you are brash and like to bust balls. But to customers that do not know this about you, They would and will think twice about contacting you.........

My Daughter loves her Rad Dudes T Shirt I got her in Daytona. Yall were the only ones with kids sized T Shirts. I commend you on that.

I used the quote function, and it worked exactly as I intended. You should worry about your own business, instead of breaking balls and drpiving customers away.

If we had a sarcasm font you'd know if I were breaking your balls.

In this case I would not be using it.

How about this. I worry about my business and you dont. And as for driving customers away. People buy Rad Dudes products because we make a quality product and products no one else does. Most of our stuff if you want it you have to buy it from us or one of the other vendors who sells our stuff. So dont kid yourself.

Way to solidify BK's statement. You are a lick knob to people on here quite often.
