It's a losing battle trying to keep the tray dry. This ski was taking in water from numerous places:
-improperly sealed scuppers
-bondline
-exhaust outlet
-trim tube/cable
-driveshaft tube (from pump to firewall)
- several holes on the top gunwale and tray
-huge crack in the left foothold

Bottom line is; if its well sealed, it's just going to keep the water in there better :shrug:

If you seal up the back reasonably well (and drain it often in case you didn't) it will float better than with foam and a LOT better than with water logged foam. Of course if you manage to bust open the back of the ski it won't float so well.

My Wamilton's hull is empty out back, it floats so well that it's almost nose down in the water.

My Cyclone footholds were busted out like that too, one of the guys at Wamilton's admitted it was "possible" haha.

I think that water slide picture is from the DVD "Rampt."

I know Superramjet has the TWIN to that engine. If your customer wants to put it back to World Finals spec he should contact Superramjet.

Hi...What type of drain plug do you install?...I was thinking of doing some drain plugs in my superjet and was woundering what type to use?...Do you any pics of them?

man, theres no reason to waste perfectly good hydroturf scraps when there are plenty of moisturizing baby wipes to use instead.

I also did some work on the engine and tuned the carbs. This boat came from Colorado, so some things had to be changed to adjust to sea level.

he comes here about once a year or so to harass, ridicule, ride with, keep us in check.
