300/440/550 rebuilding a '89 kawa 550

i bought an '89 550 off of craigslist for 200$. i have ridden sit-downs and always wanted to get into stand-ups, so i figured this was a good price to break into it. i know its tough but looks like a ton of fun.. only problem is bought it completely unassembled. previous owner had the engine rebuilt and never put the engine, nor the rest of the ski back together. im picking it up as an empty hull and all other parts separate.

are there any good resources for me to use to help guide me put it back together?

anything, including advice is appreciated. also, anything about the ski people can tell me? dont know much about the 550 - ride style etc.

If I was in your position I would get a repair manual for that ski and it should pretty much step by step lead you in the right direction

You know it's been along time since I messed with those things, if u find one make sure it's a repair manual so it includes engine disassembly and assembly
