thats a bitchin trailer!

i use stock SJ bumpers instead of carpet. RN or SN work great!

you can use 1 bumper on the 2" side or 2 bumpers on the 4" side.

carpet is for beaches!

turf the top of the center thang

I tried indoor/outdoor carpet on my last trailer, I bought a whole roll and chopped it down to bunk width with my chopsaw. Just gave the last two pieces away with the trailer. It doesn't stand up very well, offers poor padding and rips easily.

When I redid this little 2 place I'm using now I went to West Marine and bought the good stuff, a little more money but well worth it in my mind. Shop around for a better price but still look for proper Bunk Material.

X2 on turfing the top of the storage bin.

The things you see sticking out of the hubs are bearing buddies with yellow protection caps on them,I would leave them on.I will second the use of old rub rails on top of the bunks,it makes loading and unloading a snap and it doesn't scratch the bottom of the ski either.

I just get house carpet at Home Depot. Ask them to cut it like 10 inch and long then just screw it to the bunks with Sheetrock screws on the sides. It's soft and works great and you won't spend very much at all.

those are LARGE bearing buddy caps. bearing buddy caps are useless. i never keep them. they retain water.

I bought gray outdoor carpet from Home depot. It's come in 12' or 14' rolls. Just ask to cut you 14" or 16" or whatever width you need . I paid like $10

Thanks a ton...
