Putting the water box under the seat really frees up the engine compartment. De foaming is a real pain in the @ss but it's well worth it!

I thought about it but since I already have a nice A/M box I just dont want to mess with it. Which is why I was thinking about the rear exit, but its the wife's ski so I dont need to mod it too much.

Is there any benefit to running it under the seat? Seems like a lot of work for a nominal benefit.
I mean from what I can tell gaining more room in the engine bay for a triple swap is about the only real reason, or just for the extra room. Not worth it to me in this case, but still might do the rear exit and ditch the pump dump.

The rear exhaust will definitely keep the pump area clean!

well for now I am holding off on the rear dump but might add that latter. Running low on funding. Just ordered the wrap from LG1 designs. Hoping to paint this weekend or next. All the other misc parts are ordered from Jetmaniac so hopefully within a few weeks Ill have it back together.

Got the first coat on yesterday, Hoping to do a 2nd tonight. So far the Petti Easypoxy paint was pretty nice. Couple of small air bubbles and one or two runs, but they should come out in the sanding before 2nd coat. So far for $50 in paint and materials I am really impressed, of course we will have to see how it holds up. However, roughly 75% of it will be covered with a wrap. and yes I forgot the tie down area. Ill get it on the 2nd coat.

The 2nd coat seemed to have a little more bubbling in it. Maybe the weather being a little cooler, IDK. But for $50 and painting in my garage I'm impressed. Plus 75% or so is covered by the wrap.

Sorry thought I posted that, I ended up Roll and Tipping. Which like I said, its not perfect but for $50 I can't complain.

Firsts Pics were taken about 4 hours after paint, with natural light.
Second Pics taken about 20 minutes after, in the garage.
So its very glossy without even a wetsand and buff. However, a wetsand might clean up some of the bubbles.

Had my cousin @LoneWolf04 over for some spring prep. Bpipe, ADA head, MSD, dual cooling on his Superjet and a 62t couch motor became a 62t cases/61x cylinder for his WB1.

Got the motor and pump back in my wife's ski, just need to recover seat, install fuel/cooling lines, hook up bilge pump, then wetsand and install graphics/wrap and turf (still waiting on those).

Then since spring was in the air and we had his Superjet running, I thought I better make sure me EME will start. 2nd time on the button, always a good feeling.
